Sunderji, the President and Chief Executive Officer of
Dynamic Furniture Corp., started the company in 1982. He
saw the need for economically priced bedroom suites and
occasional furniture in the marketplace. Thus Dynamic
Furniture Corp. was established. |

| Today,
Dynamic produces a wide range of wooden bedroom suites and
occasional furniture for the low and mid-priced household
furniture market. Dynamic manufactures products in both
traditional and contemporary styles. We employ over 500
people and occupy 320,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and
office space. |

| To assure
our continued growth, Dynamic is making many changes. We
are reengineering and reorganizing all aspects of our
operation. This will allow us to significantly increase
our productivity and efficiency. |

| Dynamic has
been certified by WOODMARK (Quality Program) since May 2003. |
